Where can you go on Monday and Thursday mornings from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. to have fun and stay active? Using weights and chairs, we exercise as we are able with hopes of improving our mobility and balance. Laughter, stories, and news are shared as we work our way through an hour of exercises developed by Tufts University for senior citizens. Come and join us and get moving!
