Meditation Group - Fridays

group meets weekly, Fridays, 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the vestry. We do a
twenty-minute session of basic meditation, followed by a brief educational
presentation--usually accessed online--about applying mindfulness on a daily
basis. Then there is a brief discussion of the presentation.
All levels of experience with meditation/mindfulness are welcome, and the group is open to the community at large, not only Smith members. Also, it is fine to attend on a sporadic basis; you don't need to be there every week. Please consider joining us.
