Every Monday and Thursday morning at 9 a.m. a group meets in our church to exercise.  The program was initiated by Tufts University many years ago. Although mainly women, men are welcome.  The aim of the program is to keep our bones strong, stretch our muscles, improve our balance and keep us active.  Everyone starts at their own level.
